To support your happy moments and your holidays , we have revised our cancellation policies, to allow you to book your stay with greater serenity and with a light heart.

With the "Feel Happy" formula you can cancel your holiday up to 7 days before the arrival date without incurring any penalty .

• • May and October : no penalty for cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date
• • June/July/August/September : no penalty for cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date

For cancellations beyond the indicated limits, the following is foreseen:

• • For cancellations between 13 and 10 days from the arrival date > penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
• • For cancellations between 9 and 7 days from the arrival date > penalty of 70% of the total amount of the stay
• • For cancellations after 7 days from the arrival date > penalty of 90% of the total amount of the stay
• • No-show > penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay

EXTRAORDINARY CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19:
To allow you to book your stay in peace, we inform you that in the event of cancellations due to impediments to travel resulting from legal provisions relating to the containment of the pandemic, or in the event of ascertained illness (Covid-19) and in the face of the related medical certificate , your deposit will be returned or, at your choice, converted into a stay voucher of equal value , to be used within 1 year of its issue, and the relative standard penalties will not be applied.
