Therefore, we ask you to treat the premises with the same care you would reserve for your own home.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"1061\">To make every stay as enjoyable as possible, we ask you to observe not only legal provisions but also simple rules of common sense and mutual respect. Everyone&#8217;s cooperation is essential to guarantee a positive experience for each guest, our staff, and the surrounding environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1233\">Management reserves the right to update the regulations for reasons of efficiency and appropriateness, publishing any changes at the reception and on the hotel&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1435\">Please note that these regulations are an integral part of the Booking Form, and for anything not expressly indicated, we refer to current regulations and the good taste and civic sense of each of us.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1579\">We thank you for your attention and cooperation, confident that respecting the rules will contribute to making the stay pleasant for everyone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1678\">OUR STAFF IS FULLY AVAILABLE TO GUESTS FOR ANY NEED, TO MAKE THE STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGOLAMENTO INTERNO DEL FELDMILLA DESIGN HOTEL \u2013 WELLNESS &amp; SPA<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"256\">1. GENERAL INFORMATION<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"587\"><strong data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"265\">1.1<\/strong> The regulations of \u201cFeldmilla Design Hotel &#8211; Wellness &amp; SPA\u201d are established to ensure uniform, orderly, peaceful, and safe use of the premises by all. They are contractual in nature between the hotel and the guest. Therefore, any request to stay and the acceptance of such request implies full acceptance of these rules.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"719\"><strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"596\">1.2<\/strong> All guests are required to comply with the internal regulations, available on the hotel website and at the reception desk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"1049\"><strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"728\">1.3<\/strong> Failure to comply with the rules and the directives of management may result in the guest being asked to leave the premises, the balance of the stay being due in full, and possible notification to national and international tourism organizations, and potentially public authorities in case of suspected illegal behavior.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1141\"><strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1058\">1.4<\/strong> All instructions posted on signs within the hotel property must also be respected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1369\"><strong data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1150\">1.5<\/strong> Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children. They must ensure respectful and proper behavior, especially concerning quiet hours and proper use of the hotel\u2019s facilities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1707\"><strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1378\">1.6<\/strong> Any inappropriate conduct by guests (adults or minors), as judged by hotel management, may lead to immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the hotel within 5 hours of the violation being reported. In such cases, the hotel may retain any amounts paid and demand the remainder, including compensation for damages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1831\"><strong data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1716\">1.7<\/strong> Management has the right to expel, without notice, anyone whose behavior disturbs or harms others or the facility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"2030\"><strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1840\">1.8<\/strong> By accepting accommodation, the guest also accepts the authority of the hotel\u2019s security personnel, who must operate within the bounds of Italian law and the norms of civility and courtesy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2154\"><strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2039\">1.9<\/strong> The hotel reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time, with updated versions available at reception.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"127\">2. PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"306\"><strong data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"136\">2.1<\/strong> All personal data of our guests will be processed to fulfill fiscal obligations (such as issuing invoices, registering data, etc.) and to provide the requested services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"415\"><strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"315\">2.2<\/strong> Upon arrival, guests will be asked to provide identification for the mandatory police registration.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"83\" data-end=\"115\">3. RESERVATION<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"1833\"><strong data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"124\">3.1<\/strong> For information, please contact the hotel reception by phone, email, or in person.<br data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"210\" \/><strong data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"217\">3.2<\/strong> Reservations can be made by sending a written request to: <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"302\">reservations@feldmilla.com<\/a> or by calling: +39 0474 677100.<br data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"337\" \/><strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"344\">3.3<\/strong> Reservation requests must include the number and type of rooms requested, name, surname, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, children\u2019s ages (to tailor offers to your needs), phone number, and email address. Please also indicate your estimated arrival time.<br data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"629\" \/><strong>3.4 Payment of the deposit to confirm the booking<\/strong><br \/>\nUnless otherwise specified, a confirmatory deposit is required as a guarantee for the booking, as indicated in the reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via POS with a credit card. The deposit must include the booking details: name, contact information, period of stay, number of guests, number and type of rooms, and type of treatment.<br \/>\nThe guest will forfeit the deposit if they do not proceed with the booking and fail to show up at the hotel to occupy the assigned rooms. In case of a late arrival compared to the date indicated in the reservation, the guest is still required to pay the full amount for the reserved services. In any case, it is advisable to contact the Reception to provide further details.<br data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1107\" \/><strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1114\">3.5<\/strong> The payment method for the remaining balance will be agreed between the parties (cash, credit card, debit card, or other methods).<br data-start=\"1245\" data-end=\"1248\" \/><strong data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1255\">3.6<\/strong> A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving the request with a valid deposit or credit card details.<br data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1374\" \/><strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1381\">3.7<\/strong> Rates are per night, regardless of check-in time.<br data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1434\" \/><strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1441\">3.8<\/strong> The selected board plan at the time of booking remains valid for the entire stay.<br data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1526\" \/><strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1533\">3.9<\/strong> BED &amp; BREAKFAST includes room and breakfast served from 07:30 to 10:00. HALF BOARD includes room, breakfast (07:30\u201310:00), and dinner (19:00\u201321:00), drinks excluded.<br data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1702\" \/><strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1710\">3.10<\/strong> CHILDREN 0\u20132 YEARS: On request and subject to availability, the hotel provides cots, cribs, safety rails, and high chairs.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"159\">4. CHANGES TO RESERVATION, CANCELLATIONS<\/h2>\n<p><strong data-start=\"161\" data-end=\"168\">4.1<\/strong> If the guest is unable to occupy the reserved accommodation due to transport issues, personal reasons, or mistakes, no refund is normally provided for early departure or delayed arrival.<br data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"358\" \/><strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"365\">4.2<\/strong> Please understand that the entire reserved period will be charged even in the event of early departure. The guest must pay the full amount for the remaining nights (accommodation only). Please contact reception for details.<br \/>\n<strong>4.3<\/strong>. Guests departing earlier than planned must pay for the room (including meals and drinks) for the remaining days of the reservation.<br \/>\n<strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"724\">4.4<\/strong> In case of booking misunderstandings, the management will try, if possible, to offer alternative accommodation of equivalent type or category.<br data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"870\" \/><strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"877\" data-is-only-node=\"\">4.5<\/strong> For cancellations, the entire deposit will be withheld and\/or, if the booking terms require full payment in advance by a set date, the full amount for the stay will be charged.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"113\">5. PAYMENT OF STAY<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"115\" data-end=\"1390\"><strong data-start=\"115\" data-end=\"144\">5.1 PRE-INVOICE AND CHECK<\/strong>: Before paying the bill, guests may request to view their account and charges. Any errors or omissions must be reported before final invoicing or, at the latest, before departure. Complaints after departure will not be accepted.<br data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"376\" \/><strong data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"404\">5.2 PAYMENT AT CHECK-OUT<\/strong>: The room balance must be paid upon departure. Services consumed during the stay can be paid in cash up to \u20ac2,999.00 (according to legal limits) or by credit\/debit card.<br data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"577\" \/><strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"592\">5.3 INVOICE<\/strong>: If you need an invoice, please notify us at least one day before departure and provide the necessary billing information. Otherwise, a simple receipt will be issued, and it cannot be cancelled afterward.<br data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"800\" \/><strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"826\">5.4 MINIBAR AND EXTRAS<\/strong>: At check-out, guests must report any minibar consumption or extras not yet recorded.<br data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"915\" \/><strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"940\" data-is-only-node=\"\">5.5 UNDECLARED GUESTS<\/strong>: Any persons staying in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or check-in will be charged a 40% surcharge on the daily rate. The hotel reserves the right to report unauthorized individuals to the police.<br data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1163\" \/><strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1180\">5.6 LOST KEYS<\/strong>: Lost or broken keys will be charged a minimum of \u20ac5.00.<br data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1240\" \/><strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1262\">5.7 DAMAGE CHARGES<\/strong>: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their children, or pets. Missing linen will be added to the bill.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"136\">6. ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"138\" data-end=\"2333\"><strong data-start=\"138\" data-end=\"159\">6.1 CHECK-IN TIME<\/strong>: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late arrivals must be communicated and approved by reception at the time of booking. In case of force majeure preventing arrival on time, the hotel must be notified.<br data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"355\" \/><strong data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"377\">6.2 IDENTIFICATION<\/strong>: All guests, including minors, must present a valid ID upon arrival.<br data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"449\" \/><strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"474\">6.3 MINORS\u2019 ADMISSION<\/strong>: Minimum age to rent a room: 18. Unaccompanied minors are accepted only with a parental consent form, a contact number, and a copy of the guardian\u2019s ID.<br data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"630\" \/><strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"659\">6.4 SECURITY REGISTRATION<\/strong>: Upon arrival, all guests, including minors, must submit identification for police registration. Failure to do so is a criminal offense for the hotel, and access to the property will be denied.<br data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"856\" \/><strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"881\" data-is-only-node=\"\">6.5 LEGAL FORMALITIES<\/strong>: Guests must present a valid identity document (ID card or passport). Without it, accommodation must be refused (art. 109 Italian Public Security Laws).<br data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1037\" \/><strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1053\">6.6 VISITORS<\/strong>: Any visitor, even if temporary, must be reported at the front desk with ID. Access is subject to approval and limited to designated common areas.<br data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1203\" \/><strong data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1223\">6.7 DATA PRIVACY<\/strong>: Guests\u2019 personal data are handled according to privacy laws.<br data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1288\" \/><strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1311\">6.8 OCCUPANCY LIMIT<\/strong>: The number of occupants must match the reservation. Visitors or extra guests are only allowed with prior approval.<br data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1430\" \/><strong data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1447\">6.9 ROOM KEYS<\/strong>: Keys are delivered from 3:00 PM upon registration and\/or payment.<br data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1517\" \/><strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1538\">6.10 EARLY ACCESS<\/strong>: If the room is ready before check-in time, it will be assigned immediately. Otherwise, luggage can be stored at reception.<br data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1665\" \/><strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1689\">6.11 ROOM ASSIGNMENT<\/strong>: The hotel reserves the right to assign rooms within the booked type and category, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1811\" \/><strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1831\">6.12 GUEST NAMES<\/strong>: All guests must be registered at reception.<br data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1879\" \/><strong data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1895\">6.13 PARKING<\/strong>: One parking space is assigned per room unless otherwise agreed. Covered garage (\u20ac15) has limited spots.<br data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2003\" \/><strong data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2022\">6.14 ROOM CHECK<\/strong>: Please report any damages or issues immediately. Later complaints may be charged.<br data-start=\"2105\" data-end=\"2108\" \/><strong data-start=\"2108\" data-end=\"2136\">6.15 ROOM CHANGE REQUEST<\/strong>: If the assigned room is inadequate, guests must inform reception within 10 minutes.<br data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2224\" \/><strong data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2242\">6.16 EXPULSION<\/strong>: As per law, management can expel guests without notice for misconduct or breach of rules.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"99\" data-end=\"141\">7. DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"143\" data-end=\"1478\"><strong data-start=\"143\" data-end=\"162\">7.1 ROOM RETURN<\/strong>: Rooms must be vacated by <strong data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"201\">11:00 AM<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized late check-out will be considered an extension and charged accordingly.<br data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"315\" \/><strong data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"341\">7.2 LATE CHECK-OUT FEE<\/strong>: After 11:00 AM, a fee of \u20ac30.00 per hour will be applied, up to a maximum of one full night&#8217;s charge after 2:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.<br data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"486\" \/><strong data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"509\">7.3 EARLY DEPARTURE<\/strong>: If you leave earlier than your booked period, you must pay the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking. If you plan to depart before 8:00 AM, please notify us the day before.<br data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"695\" \/><strong data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"713\">7.4 FINAL BILL<\/strong>: Please request the bill and settle all charges, especially if you leave before reception opens. No charges may be added after settlement. Reception hours: 07:30 \u2013 22:30. Payment methods accepted: cash (up to \u20ac2,999), credit cards, debit cards.<br data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"961\" data-is-only-node=\"\" \/><strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"979\">7.5 KEY RETURN<\/strong>: Please return room keys to reception by 11:00 AM. The staff will check for damages or missing items.<br data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1084\" \/><strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1115\">7.6 STAYING AFTER CHECK-OUT<\/strong>: Guests may use hotel services until 11:00 AM on departure day. Longer use is subject to availability and must be arranged at the reception, with prices depending on the season.<br data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1296\" \/><strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1319\">7.7 LUGGAGE STORAGE<\/strong>: Guests may leave luggage after check-out, but the hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. Staff will monitor the area without assuming liability.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"194\">8. USE OF HOTEL SERVICES ON DEPARTURE DAY<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"328\"><strong data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"203\">8.1<\/strong> Guests may use the hotel facilities until <strong data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"258\">11:00 AM<\/strong> on the day of departure, which is the latest time for room check-out.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"179\">9. BEHAVIOR RULES DURING THE STAY<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"1526\"><strong data-start=\"181\" data-end=\"197\">9.1 CLEANING<\/strong>: Trash must be disposed of in the bags provided in the rooms and bathrooms. Do not leave waste in common areas.<br data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"312\" \/><strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"321\">9.1.1<\/strong> Rooms will be cleaned daily between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.<br data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"381\" \/><strong data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"408\">9.2 UNREGISTERED GUESTS<\/strong>: For security reasons, guests are not allowed to bring other people into their rooms unless reported to and approved by the reception. IDs must be shown.<br data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"565\" \/><strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"603\">9.3 STAFF ACCESS TO OCCUPIED ROOMS<\/strong>: In addition to daily cleaning, the hotel may enter rooms for maintenance or other justified reasons, with prior notice.<br data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"727\" \/><strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"742\">9.4 CONDUCT<\/strong>: Guests are expected to behave respectfully throughout their stay.<br data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"812\" \/><strong data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"819\" data-is-only-node=\"\">9.5<\/strong> Any behavior, activity, games, or devices that disturb other guests must be avoided at all times.<br data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"920\" \/><strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"929\">9.5.1<\/strong> Adults are responsible for the conduct of children in their care.<br data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"998\" \/><strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1007\">9.5.2<\/strong> No behavior should compromise the tranquility of others.<br data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1067\" \/><strong data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1076\">9.5.3<\/strong> Avoid slamming doors, especially late at night.<br data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1127\" \/><strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1161\">9.6 USE OF ROOMS AND BATHROOMS<\/strong>: Rooms must be treated as your own. Damage to furniture or equipment must be reimbursed.<br data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1253\" \/><strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1262\">9.6.1<\/strong> If additional items are needed (blankets, towels, toiletries), please ask reception.<br data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1350\" \/><strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1359\">9.6.2<\/strong> Do not dispose of inappropriate items (e.g., diapers, bulky paper) in the toilet. Use the bins provided.
